Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

In compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement outlines the measures that Gloucester Limited and its affiliates, including Gloucester Holdings Limited, have implemented in the financial year ending 30 June 2023. Our goal is to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within any part of our business or our supply chains.

Group Structure
Gloucester is a strategic advisory firm that provides guidance on critical commercial issues to corporate leaders and investors globally. As a privately held company, our headquarters are in London, and we maintain offices across nine countries.

Supply Chain Relationships
Our service-driven business model supports a straightforward supply chain, primarily focused on maintaining our global premises and operational infrastructure. Our key suppliers include consultants for specific projects, information and data services, paper and printing providers, and cleaning and security services.

Our Approach to Combating Modern Slavery
We are deeply committed to ethical business conduct and adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery. We assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations as low and have not identified any instances within our business or supply chains, including in the past year.

We have established robust internal policies and procedures to prevent slavery and human trafficking in any part of our operations. Our approach fosters a culture of integrity and sets clear expectations for our interactions with clients, employees, and the public. We encourage employees to report any compliance issues, ensuring a safe, healthy, and accountable workplace.

Regarding supplier relations, we employ a risk-based assessment and are committed to incorporating obligations into our commercial agreements that require adherence to the Act by our suppliers and their subcontractors. We also aim to secure audit and termination rights for any breaches related to the Act.

Awareness and Training
We ensure all employees are aware of the high standards of professional conduct expected within our firm. New employees receive policy documents, and we provide ongoing training to maintain these standards. Our policies and procedures are reviewed and updated annually to stay effective and relevant.
